Python Fullstack Developer - Lead Engineer

We are looking for experienced Python Fullstack Developer with hands-on experience in Python, Front-End technologies, or other application development technologies. Candidates who have previously worked on Python development and are currently working on application development using other technologies are also welcome.

The ideal candidate should have experience in developing, enhancing, maintaining, and deploying applications, along with exposure to Finance domain projects, financial applications/tools, Native AI, or Generative AI (GenAI).

We are looking for candidates with strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills who can contribute to modern application development and AI-enabled software engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable applications using Python, Front-End technologies, or other relevant development technologies.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and application components.
• Work on application development, feature enhancements, bug fixing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Work with SQL databases and integrate applications with databases, cloud platforms, and other enterprise systems.
• Contribute to application development projects within the Finance domain, including financial applications, banking systems, payment platforms, or finance-related tools.
• Leverage Native AI, Generative AI (GenAI), or AI-powered development tools to improve application functionality and development productivity.
• Follow modern software development practices, version control, and CI/CD processes.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, wherever applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable applications.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of overall software development / application development experience.
• Hands-on experience in application development using Python, Front-End technologies, or other relevant programming technologies.
• Candidates with previous Python development experience who are currently working with other application development technologies are also eligible.
• Experience in application development, enhancement, maintenance, or implementation.
• Understanding of APIs, application integration, and software development fundamentals.
• Good SQL and database knowledge.
• Experience with Git and exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on Finance domain projects, banking applications, financial products, payment systems, or finance-related tools.
• Exposure to Native AI, Generative AI (GenAI), LLMs, or AI-enabled application development.
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent tools.
• Exposure to REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with UI technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with SQL databases and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
