Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Python RAG Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing AI-powered applications, intelligent chatbots, enterprise search solutions, and knowledge management systems using Python and modern GenAI frameworks.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RAG-based applications using Python.
• Build intelligent chatbots and AI assistants powered by LLMs.
• Develop document ingestion, processing, and retrieval pipelines.
• Implement semantic search using embeddings and vector databases.
• Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open-source LLMs.
• Develop scalable backend APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies.
• Implement chunking, indexing, retrieval, and reranking mechanisms.
• Evaluate AI model performance and improve response quality.
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and business teams to identify GenAI use cases.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimize LLM applications for performance and cost efficiency.
