Python Software Developer

To be successful as a Python/AWS developer you should have experience with:

• Strong Python engineering experience (productiongrade code)
• Good Handson experience with AWS and cloudnative architectures
• Experience with platform engineering, internal developer platforms, or shared runtime platforms
• Solid understanding of SRE principles, reliability engineering, and distributed systems
• Own and manage the Application Platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
• Design and implement scaling strategies for application and workloads
• Build selfservice platform capabilities for engineering and capability teams
• Operate and evolve cloudnative platforms on AWS and On-premise Kubernetes platforms
• Build observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) into platforms by design
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements

Some other highly valued skills include:

• Experience with AWS cloud platform.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
