Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Backend Python Developer with 5–10 years of experience in designing and developing scalable web applications and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Python and either Django or Flask, along with approximately 70% backend development focus and working knowledge of React.js.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Python backend development.
- Strong expertise in Django and/or Flask.
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Good understanding of React.js and frontend integration.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of API integration, authentication, authorization, and security.
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab and version control.
- Understanding of software development best practices, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
