Python Software Developer

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in FastAPI, AWS, Nginx, Docker, MySQL, and MongoDB. The candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Python applications and REST APIs using FastAPI.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient backend architectures.
• Configure and manage Nginx for reverse proxy, load balancing, and performance optimization.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
• Use Docker for application containerization and consistent deployment environments.
• Design and optimize MySQL databases, including schema design and query performance.
• Manage MongoDB databases, including schema design, indexing, and efficient data retrieval.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and deployment issues.
• Follow coding standards and write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with the team to improve application quality.
• Implement security best practices across applications and cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI and REST API development.
• Experience configuring and managing Nginx.
• Practical experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS.
• Proficiency in Docker and containerization.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, including database design and query optimization.
• Experience with MongoDB, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of web application security and cloud security best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java for 2+ years is an additional advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment, application monitoring, and performance optimization.
