QA Analyst - AI Solutions

We are seeking an AI Solutions QA Analyst to join the AI Solutions Delivery team of a large, nationally recognized law firm on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. Reporting to the Director of QA, this individual will help ensure the firm's AI-powered solutions are tested, reliable, and production-ready. The position is remote for the duration of the contract and will transition to a hybrid schedule based in Wilmington, DE upon conversion to full-time employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end QA for AI-powered solutions: unit, integration, system, regression, performance, and scalability testing
• Use AI-assisted tools with Analysts to generate and evaluate test cases, focusing on edge cases and AI output validation
• Build automated test suites and integrate them into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Define test strategy with the Director of QA and turn security team guidance into solution-specific test cases
• Track defects, maintain test documentation, and report quality metrics on solution readiness

Must haves

• 4+ years of formal QA experience across the full testing lifecycle, manual and automated
• Hands-on CI/CD test integration experience (Azure DevOps strongly preferred)
• Proven boundary and edge case test design for complex, data-driven applications
• Active, hands-on use of AI tools to generate, evaluate, and refine test cases
• Working knowledge of performance/load testing, defect tracking, and QA metrics
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
