Job Summary

Role Overview - We are looking for a Quality Engineering Lead with 5-6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Automation Testing, and AI-enabled Quality Engineering. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise test strategies, build scalable automation frameworks, integrate quality engineering into CI/CD pipelines, mentor QA teams, and implement AI-driven testing practices across Agile and DevOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise Quality Engineering strategies, standards, and best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, and modern automation technologies.
• Develop reusable automation libraries for UI, API, Database, and End-to-End testing.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and GitHub Actions.
• Implement automated quality gates within Agile and DevOps delivery pipelines.
• Perform Performance Engineering using K6, JMeter, and analyze application performance bottlenecks.
• Validate REST APIs using Postman and automation frameworks.
• Drive AI-enabled testing initiatives using Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation techniques.
• Mentor QA engineers, conduct technical reviews, and provide automation framework guidance.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, product, and business teams to ensure end-to-end product quality.
• Manage defect lifecycle, test planning, execution, reporting, and continuous quality improvements.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Automation Testing, and Quality Engineering.
• Expert-level experience with Playwright, Selenium, and automation frameworks using TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Strong experience in UI, API, Database, and End-to-End automation testing.
• Hands-on expertise in CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience integrating automated testing into Agile, DevOps, and cloud-native delivery pipelines.
• Strong Performance Engineering experience using K6, JMeter, and performance analysis techniques.
• Proficiency with Jira, Git, Postman, API validation, and defect lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and Quality Engineering best practices.
• Experience implementing AI-assisted testing, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and intelligent QA solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree (B.E., B.Tech., BCA, MCA, or M.Tech.) from a recognized university.
• Experience designing enterprise automation architectures and framework governance.
• Experience leading QA teams, client interactions, and mentoring automation engineers.
• Exposure to cloud-native applications, enterprise-scale testing, and AI-powered quality engineering solutions.
• Experience driving automation transformation, CI/CD adoption, and AI-enabled Quality Engineering initiatives.
