QA Analyst

About the role

Responsible in the development and implementation of testing plans, conduct incoming, in-line and finished product verification, and document findings. Ensuring that received raw materials and packaging materials from the suppliers conform to the standard specifications. Inventory and preparation of chemicals & reagents used in laboratory analysis. Conducting In-process audit, inspection, and validation of corrective actions for GMP and Pest Control findings. Conducting sampling, physico-chemical and sensory evaluation of products being produced in the plant and ensuring conformance to the set quality standards. Conducting physico-chemical and sensory evaluation of retained samples.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Bachelor's or College Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Biology, Microbiology or equivalent
• Licensed Chemical Technician
• At least 1 to 2 years of related working experience in food manufacturing
• Knowledgeable in GMP, GLP, HACCP, FSMS, FSSC and ISO 17025
• Able to work and sustain in a hot/cold working environment
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and management competencies
• Adaptive to start-up environment and willing to be trained
• Can start immediately
