What will you do?

• Create and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans specifically adapted for AI/ML-based systems.
• Design, perform, and maintain manual and exploratory test cases covering functional, non-functional, and AI-specific scenarios (e.g., model behavior, bias).
• Validate AI model behavior, ensuring correctness, robustness, fairness, and explainability of outputs.
• Conduct thorough data quality checks and design validation scenarios for data pipelines feeding AI models.
• Actively participate in Agile SCRUM ceremonies, contributing to successful delivery and continuous process improvement.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a QA Analyst, with a strong focus on functional testing.
• Proven hands-on experience and knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, model training, and inference.
• Proficiency in test management tools like JIRA and XRAY for test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Solid technical skills in API testing (e.g., SoapUI, Postman) and SQL/SQL Developer for efficient data validation.
• Higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or an equivalent field, coupled with practical experience in an Agile SCRUM environment.
• Good command of English (B2 level) is mandatory; knowledge of French is considered a valuable plus.
