Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the process standards are met.
- Conducts periodic audit/verification per shift in order to ensure the compliance of process, materials, environment and personnel to cGMP/ Food Safety/ HACCP requirements during finished goods manufacture.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Biology/ Microbiology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Technology, Food Engineering and Food Technology
- With at least 1 year experience in a food/dairy manufacturing set-up
- Willing to work in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.
