QA Analyst – Transactional Quality

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct quality audits to identify areas of improvement in payment processing and reconciliation processes.
• Analyze data to detect errors, discrepancies, and trends in payments, reconciliations, and other financial transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues identified during quality audits and implement corrective actions.
• Develop reports on findings and recommendations for process improvements.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry.
• Strong understanding of payment posting, RCM (Reconciliation Control Module), and quality control principles.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets using various tools such as spreadsheets or specialized software.
