Job Summary

We are looking for a QA & Application Support Trainee to join our product team. The trainee will be responsible for testing our software applications, identifying and reporting defects, supporting clients with application-related issues, and ensuring smooth product delivery and user experience. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, Product Support, Client Communication, and Software Delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance (QA)

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Create and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing.
• Ensure application functionality meets business requirements.
• Prepare testing reports and share findings with the development team.

Application Support

• Provide first-level support for customer queries and issues.
• Troubleshoot application-related problems and escalate when required.
• Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist users in understanding product features and functionalities.
• Maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Product Delivery & Client Handling

• Coordinate with internal teams during product deployments.
• Assist in application implementation and configuration activities.
• Gather client feedback and communicate requirements to the product team.
• Conduct basic product demonstrations and user training sessions.
• Maintain professional communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts.
• Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Familiarity with Web and Mobile Applications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. (CSE, IT, ECE) / BCA / MCA / B.Sc (Computers) or related fields.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
