QA & Business Analyst

Role Overview

Were looking for a proactive QA & Business Analyst who can bridge business requirements and quality assurance, ensuring solutions meet business needs through effective testing and end-to-end ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements, prepare BRDs, and document business use cases.
• Perform functional, end-to-end, regression, and cross-platform testing.
• Test web applications and mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• Prepare test cases, identify defects, and ensure issues are resolved before deployment.
• Coordinate UAT and support stakeholder sign-off.
• Monitor applications after deployment, proactively identify issues, and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure quality and requirement alignment.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in QA and/or Business Analysis.
• Healthcare domain experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with web, iOS, and Android application testing.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of BRD preparation, use cases, regression testing, UAT, and defect management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, accountability, and ownership skills.
