QA & HALAL EXECUTIVE (NDC PLANT)

• Ensure the overall Quality Management System is understood, implemented and maintained from time to time, reporting and recommending to management of continual improvement of such programs
• Make sure that everything from raw materials to finished products meets quality and safety standards.
• Support and consult other departments in problem analysis and corrective action.
• Liaison with external certification body, auditor on all quality/manufacturing audits and reports summary findings.
• Quality related performance of company's product to meet customer requirement.
• Responsible for applying and internal audit of Food Safety System documentation & implementation ( e.g HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL)
• Handle any other task assigned by superior
• To lead in the absence of QA Manager

Job Requirements

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Halal Management, Quality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control management, preferably in the flavor, food or beverage industry.
• Recognized Halal Executive competency certificate is required.
• Knowledge of Halal, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP and DOSH/JKKP requirements.
• OSH Coordinator training or certification is an advantage.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant food-manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Good documentation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and perform hands-on factory inspections.
