Roles and Responsibilities

As a QA and IT Support Intern at Technimus, you will play a dual role, supporting both the software testing process and day-to-day IT and client-facing activities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Testing the quality of software through manual testing methods to ensure products meet functional and design requirements.
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs or issues encountered during testing.
• Creating and maintaining clear test case reports, noting test results, issues, and retesting outcomes.
• Collaborating with developers to reproduce and resolve reported issues.
• Supporting internal team members with basic IT support, including software installation, system configuration, and general troubleshooting.
• Delivering software training sessions to clients, ensuring they understand the features and functionalities of our application.
• Conducting product demonstrations for new or prospective clients to showcase the value of our solutions.
• Handling various office-related tasks, assisting with technical logistics, and ensuring smooth IT operations within the team.
• Participating in team discussions and contributing to the overall improvement of product usability and support services.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and IT troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to dynamic work environments.
