QA and Lab Supervisor

To support the lab team in Vietnam, Poulpharm is looking for a QA and Lab Supervisor .

Phòng thí nghiệm tại Viện Khoa học Nông nghiệp miền Nam, số 121 Nguyễn Bỉnh Khiêm, phường Tân Định, TP. Hồ Chí Minh.

Working location: Laboratory at the Southern Institute of Agricultural Science, 121 Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Mô tả công việc/ What does this job entail?

-       Giám sát các xét nghiệm chẩn đoán được chỉ định trên gia súc, gia cầm theo các quy trình kỹ thuật của Công ty, bảo đảm kết quả xét nghiệm chính xác và đáng tin cậy.

Supervise assigned diagnostic tests for livestock and poultry in accordance with the Company’s technical procedures, ensuring accurate and reliable test results .

-       Tính toán, rà soát và xác nhận kết quả xét nghiệm một cách chính xác, chặt chẽ; lưu trữ hồ sơ và tài liệu theo hướng dẫn và yêu cầu của Công ty.

Accurately calculate, review and verify test results, and maintain records and documentation in accordance with the Company’s instructions and requirements.

-       Chuẩn bị và gửi báo cáo kết quả xét nghiệm cho khách hàng hoặc các bộ phận liên quan theo phân công.

Prepare and submit test-result reports to the Company’s customers or designated relevant departments.

-       Xây dựng và phát triển phương pháp xét nghiệm mới khi được yêu cầu.

Develop new testing methods when required.

-       Tham gia các dự án nghiên cứu và thử nghiệm phù hợp với chuyên môn.

Participate in research and testing projects relevant to the role’s area of expertise.

-       Báo cáo cho Công ty các vấn đề liên quan đến hoạt động phòng thí nghiệm, bao gồm cơ sở vật chất, sửa chữa, bảo trì máy móc, thiết bị và nhân sự, nhằm duy trì hoạt động ổn định của phòng thí nghiệm.

Report laboratory operational matters to the Company, including facilities, repairs, equipment maintenance and staffing, to help ensure the laboratory operates effectively.

-       Lập kế hoạch mua sắm vật tư, hóa chất, thuốc thử, bộ kit xét nghiệm và thiết bị theo yêu cầu được giao.

Plan the procurement of consumables, chemicals, reagents, testing kits and equipment as assigned.

-       Lập kế hoạch và triển khai các công việc liên quan đến việc xin cấp và duy trì công nhận ISO/IEC 17025 cho phòng thí nghiệm.

Plan and carry out activities required to obtain and maintain ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for the laboratory .

-       Lập kế hoạch và triển khai các công việc liên quan đến việc xin công nhận an toàn sinh học cho phòng xét nghiệm thú y theo quy định pháp luật Việt Nam.

Plan and carry out activities required to obtain biosafety recognition for the veterinary laboratory in accordance with Vietnamese law.

-       Lập kế hoạch và triển khai các công việc liên quan đến việc xin công nhận phòng xét nghiệm thú y theo Nghị định 107 của Chính phủ Việt Nam.

Plan and carry out activities required to obtain recognition for the veterinary laboratory under Government of Vietnam Decree No. 107.

-       Quản lý và duy trì hoạt động của phòng thí nghiệm, dụng cụ, thiết bị, máy móc và vật tư tiêu hao theo các yêu cầu của ISO/IEC 17025, an toàn sinh học cấp II và Nghị định 107.

Manage and maintain the laboratory, instruments, equipment, machinery and consumables in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025, Biosafety Level 2 and Decree No. 107 requirements.

Yêu cầu về trình độ và kinh nghiệm/ What do we expect from you?

• Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Công nghệ sinh học, Chăn nuôi, Thú y hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan; có kiến thức về tiêu chuẩn ISO/IEC 17025.
• A degree in Biotechnology, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine or a related field, with knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025.
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại phòng thí nghiệm thú y, thực hiện xét nghiệm, sử dụng thiết bị và triển khai các hoạt động QA/QC; có khả năng quản lý hồ sơ theo ISO/IEC 17025.
• Experience in a veterinary laboratory, including testing, equipment operation, QA/QC activities and ISO/IEC 17025 documentation management.
• Có khả năng áp dụng phương pháp xét nghiệm, đánh giá kết quả, quản lý rủi ro, xử lý sai lệch và giải quyết vấn đề trong hoạt động phòng thí nghiệm.
• Ability to apply testing methods, evaluate results, manage risks, address deviations and resolve laboratory-related issues.
• Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, làm việc nhóm và độc lập; sử dụng được tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in English are a plus.
