QA & QC Engineer

Inspection of Incoming Materials:

• Physical Inspection: Perform detailed visual inspections of incoming materials (e.g., raw materials, components, parts) to ensure they are free from defects, damage, or contamination.
• Dimensional Checks: Use tools such as calliper, micrometre & measurement tape to verify that parts or materials meet required specifications and tolerances.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Record Inspection Results: Document all inspection results, including batch numbers, lot numbers, test results, and any non-conformance findings.
• Data Entry: Input inspection data into quality management systems or databases to maintain accurate records of incoming materials.

Quality Standards and Compliance:

• Adhere to Specifications and Standards: Ensure that incoming materials meet the company’s quality standards, as well as any industry-specific regulations or certifications.
• Inspect for Packaging and Labelling Compliance: Verify that packaging, labelling, and product documentation according to the company’s requirements and regulatory standards.

Tools and Equipment Calibration:

• Ensure Calibration: Use measuring and testing tools that are calibrated and maintained according to required standards.
• Report Equipment Malfunctions: Report any issues with inspection tools or equipment to the maintenance team to ensure continued accuracy and reliability.

Requirements:

• Possessed a minimum of SPM, Diploma & Degree qualification.
• Good communication skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 3 years of working experience in QC field will be an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
