QA & QC EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Responsible in preparing of documentations related to quality management system such as HACCP, GMP, ISO, HALAL, MESTI & etc.
• Responsible to coordinate for internal & external audit such as certification audit, customer audit or other internal control audit as and when required.
• Coordinate with all related internal departments to ensure proper follow-up and closure for NCRs raised.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultant and certification body for quality management system application, renewal, update and compliance.
• Assist in quality check for incoming raw material & finished goods to ensure food safety compliance.
• Ensure QC related records are always available on timely manner.
• Any other related job assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor Degree in Quality Management study, Management or other related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in similar capacity preferably in food manufacturing environment.
• Good written and spoken in Malay and English.
• Basic knowledge in Malaysia Food Act, local authorities’ requirements and industry practice related to food safety.
• Possess good initiative, creative thinking, meticulous & communication skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work under minimum supervision
• Willing to work at Sejingkat, Kuching.
