Role Description-

• Serving as a Lead System QA / V&V Architect, joining as the foundational, sole owner establishing and spearheading the company's entire verification, validation, and quality strategy from scratch.
• Architecting, developing, and executing end-to-end System QA and V&V infrastructures, spanning individual sub-systems up to full-scale multi-disciplinary integration.
• Leading hands-on system verification across deep hardware-software interfaces: precision optics, control electronics, real-time firmware, software platforms, and algorithmic execution.
• Designing structured verification protocols, automated test setups, and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) environments to validate system stability, signal fidelity, and computational performance.
• Partnering directly with research scientists, optical engineers, hardware architects, and core software squads to identify systemic edge cases, define acceptance criteria, and drive root-cause failure analysis.
• Formulating long-term QA methodologies, documentation standards, and automated regression frameworks to support ongoing platform evolution.

Requirements-

• 5 years of professional experience in System QA, V&V (Verification & Validation), or System Integration – Mandatory
• Proven track record in a 100% hands-on capacity – Mandatory
• Demonstrated background as a Sole Contributor, Founder of QA/V&V functions, System QA Architect, or Lead establishing testing architectures and methodologies from scratch – Mandatory
• Extensive, proven experience testing and verifying highly complex Multidisciplinary systems (integrating software with optics, electronics, control systems, mechanics, or embedded hardware) – Mandatory
• Strong technical background designing test plans, defining validation metrics, and isolating system-level anomalies across complex physical-digital architectures – Mandatory
• Self-starter with high intellectual curiosity, outstanding analytical troubleshooting skills, and fluent professional communication in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
