QA Assistant

JOB OBJECTIVE

To ensure daily inspection activity is running smoothly and perform daily inspection target base on daily inspection plan.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A.       Incoming and Outgoing inspection

1.     To conduct incoming and outgoing inspection for all raw materials, packaging materials, finished cartridges and others material on timely and effectively at determined sampling plan.

2.     To ensure any non-conformances detected during incoming and outgoing inspection and report any abnormality found during inspection to supervisor / production / filling team for correction action.

3.     To check the COA available for each delivery, follow up with Purchasing if no COA provided.

4.     To arrange sample to test for TGA / DSC, viscosity at R&D center and JK Plant respectively without delay, and follow up the test result accordingly.

5.     For outgoing inspection to conduct inspection on the type of products, labelling, quality, carton boxes, pallet and wrapping condition before loading.

6.     To ensure all records involves in IQC and OQC inspection & test are recorded and retained properly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A. Formal Qualification

  1.  Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field with a minimum 2 years of related experiences in a manufacturing environment.

  2.  Good analytical, hardworking, systematic, independent, good interpersonal skill, team player, physical are fit.

  3.  Able to write and read English, Malay

  4.  Able to communicate well with superior and colleague.

   5. Good analytical skills, hardworking, systematic, independent, good interpersonal skill and positive attitude.

Lab Assistant

JOB OBJECTIVE / SUMMARY

To assist Researcher to carry out R & D activities for the department in order to achieve the department objectives.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     To assist Researcher in carrying out testing on lab experimental case / pilot scale / trial run production samples according to specific method and procedures accordingly.

2.     To conduct testing on the pilot scale / production samples and incoming materials according to the company specified methods and procedures.

3.     To check and record all testing result and laboratory work accurately according to the company’s specific procedures.

4.     To assist Researcher in keeping and retaining batch samples of each and every batch, which are identified suitable and stored it in a protected area

5.     To maintain all performance test of printing, equipment, machinery in good order and condition.

6.     To have basic knowledge trouble shooting the machinery (ie. printers and copiers)

7.     To carry out QC activities as and when requested by the R & D Manager or Researcher.

8.     To perform any other duties as and when required by the Management or Researcher.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Chemistry / Material Science or equivalent.

2. Preferable with 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position. However fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

3. Understand and familiar with new product development process.

4. S/he must be able to performance basic data analysis, documentation and reporting to superior.

5. Time management – able to work effectively to complete any given task within specific timeframe / dateline

6. Healthy and physically fit – preferably non-smoker. Able to work in dusty environment.

7. Good interpersonal and communication with positive attitude

8. Computer literate.
