📌 QUALIFICATIONS
✔ Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any related course
✔ At least 1 year of work experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
✔ Knowledgeable in quality management tools, concepts, and methodologies
✔ Experience with ISO 9001 is an advantage
✔ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
✔ Excellent oral and written communication skills
✔ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
📋 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager
- Evaluate and process internal and external irregularity reports
- Review NCRs and ensure proper documentation
- Collect, compile, and analyze quality data
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions and their timelines
- Prepare quality reports and communicate activity results
- Handle and process claims to carriers and insurance providers
- Perform other QA-related tasks assigned by the immediate superior
