Job Summary

Acies Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible QA Assistant with 2–4 years of relevant experience to support Quality Assurance activities at our Head Office. The candidate will assist in maintaining quality documentation, reviewing records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with applicable pharmaceutical quality standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize QA documentation, records, and quality-related files.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating SOPs, policies, formats, and other quality documents.
• Maintain document control, including document issuance, revision tracking, and record retention.
• Coordinate with internal departments for quality documentation, compliance requirements, and pending actions.
• Assist in maintaining training records, audit documentation, and compliance trackers.
• Support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections by arranging relevant documents and records.
• Track deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), change controls, and other quality-related activities, as applicable.
• Follow up with concerned departments for timely closure of observations and corrective actions.
• Prepare QA reports, status updates, and documentation summaries for management review.
• Ensure proper filing, traceability, and confidentiality of quality records.
• Perform other QA and documentation-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc., M.Sc., or a relevant qualification in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality documentation and applicable GMP requirements.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and documentation systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-up abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SOP management and document control systems.
• Basic understanding of deviations, CAPA, change control, and audit documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and maintain accurate records.
• A systematic, disciplined, and quality-focused approach to work.

Reporting

The selected candidate will report to the designated QA Manager / QA Head or other assigned reporting authority at the Head Office.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
