Key Responsibilities

• Quality System & Compliance: Maintain compliance with QMS, WHO GDP, ISO 9001, IATA/ADR, and internal SOPs. Report non-compliances, issues, or complaints to the QA Manager.
• Document Control: Manage controlled documents, including SOPs, change controls, risk assessments, CAPAs, internal training, and vendor/supplier approvals.
• Audits & Inspections: Assist the QA Manager in internal/remote audits and self-inspections. Support Branch Managers with warehouse compliance and customer audit readiness.
• Process Improvement: Analyze operational data to optimize efficiency and workflows. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement new processes.
• Reporting & Field Support: Prepare monthly quality reports (CAPA, audits, concerns) and visit customer sites for quality reviews when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1-2 years in QA within the pharmaceutical or cold chain logistics industry. (Fresher may also apply)
• Education: Any Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Core Skills: QA/QC management, quality auditing, CAPA management, and document control.
• Regulations: Knowledge of WHO GDP, ISO 9001:2015, and cold chain logistics standards.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
