About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated QA Manager to lead our quality assurance team in the Plastic Injection Molding and Automotive Lighting Assembly industry.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all quality assurance and control activities
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Lead internal and external audits (ISO compliance)
- Monitor production quality performance and implement improvements
- Work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Manage QA team performance, training, and development
About you
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 5–8 years of experience in plastic injection molding will be in advantage
- Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 )
- Experience in handling customer audits and quality issues
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP)
