QA Assistant Manager

QA ASSISTANT MANAGER

We are looking for a QA Assistant Manager who will assist in managing quality assurance activities, ensuring that products and processes meet company standards, customer requirements, and applicable quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in managing and monitoring the company’s Quality Assurance activities.
• Supervise and guide QA personnel in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Review and analyze quality inspection results and identify areas for improvement.
• Investigate quality issues, defects, and customer complaints and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Assist in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.
• Ensure proper documentation and records of quality inspections, reports, and corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Monitor and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With 5 years relevant experience in Plastic Injection Molding and Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• With 2 years in Supervisory or Leadership experience preferably in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work effectively with different departments.
• Willing to work on-site and follow company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Injection Molding defects, SPC, FMEA, SO, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and Quality Inspection Standards.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• QA/QC in Plastic Injection Molding: 5 years (Preferred)
