QA Assistant Manager

• Monitor and update of product specification
• To train the QC inspectors and operators on product quality and specification
• Audits for product - UN/SIRIM
• To update new product testing/mould testing
• Responsible incoming/outgoing inspection and monitoring
• Preparation of reports - rejection and monthly reports
• Quality of products and specification

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Science, or a related field.
• Equivalent industry experience may be considered.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Manufacturing Quality related industry.
• Experience in ISO 9001 certified manufacturing environments is preferred.

Technical Competencies

• Knowledge of Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Final Quality Control.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience with quality management systems and audit requirements.
• Understanding of measurement systems, calibration, and inspection equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quality reporting tools.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
