QA Assistant Supervisor

Position Summary:

The QAQC Assistant Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of inspection sites across Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Process Quality Control (PQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC). This role manages and coordinates engineers and line leaders who perform measurement and visual inspections, ensuring full compliance with established inspection standards and procedures..

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a related filed such as Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 ~ 3 years of experience in quality assurance or related role
• With strong technical experience, analytical and problem solving, Leadership and Management, good in communication and attention to details.
• Proven experience in dimensional inspection, visual inspection, and defect evaluation.
• With Certification of ISO 9001 and/or Six Sigma can be advantageous
• Experience with specific software or tools use in QA, such as CMM, VMM, XRF and other reliability program
• A solid understanding of quality control procedures, relevant industry standard, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
