QA Assistant/Quality Management Representative

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's Degree or Any Course Related
• Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control.
• Familiarity with HR processes and/or trucking and logistics operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across all departments.
• Additional training or certification in quality management is an advantage
• Preferably with experience in ISO company
• Preferably with strong personality

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain and update the Quality Manual of MD Express Manila Inc
• Ensures that the Quality Management System of MD Express Manila Inc. is established, implemented effectively, maintained, and improved.
• Updates and reports to the top management on the performance of the QMS including implementation of corrective actions and improvements.
• Promotes awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
• Facilitates conducting management reviews and reports on performance relating to product conformity, process goals, and quality objectives.
• Assist external auditors during third-party audit i.e., certification and surveillance audits.
• Ensure that company third-party accreditations are obtained and maintained (ISO 9001)
• Ensure adherence to the Quality Policy and Objective
• Ensure that Key Performance Indicator is submitted and discussed during management meetings.
• Monitors Key Performance Indicators and their alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
