What they need
- Oversee daily quality assurance activities.
- Investigate product quality issues, customer complaints and non-conformities.
- Work closely with the Purchasing, Warehouse and Sales teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Liaise with suppliers on product quality, specifications and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, procedures and company requirements.
- Maintain and review quality records, inspection reports and related documentation.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor product quality and ensure consistency across different batches and suppliers.
- Prepare quality reports and provide recommendations to Management.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
