QA Automation

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join a dynamic technology environment, working closely with development teams to ensure the quality and reliability of web applications, APIs, and microservices-based solutions.

This role has a strong focus on test automation, API testing, CI/CD integration, and shift-left quality practices , within an Agile and DevOps environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests for APIs, microservices, and web applications.
• Implement regression, integration, and end-to-end automated testing.
• Create, maintain, and continuously improve test automation scripts and frameworks.
• Integrate and execute automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage test execution results and evidence using Jira and Xray.
• Contribute to the definition of acceptance criteria and shift-left testing practices.
• Support defect analysis, troubleshooting, and validation of fixes.
• Collaborate on test data preparation and management.
• Work closely with development teams to continuously improve software quality.

Technical Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in QA Automation.
• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium .
• Experience in API testing using Postman, Newman, RestAssured, or PyTest .
• Experience testing APIs, distributed applications, and microservices-based architectures.
• Experience with Git and Docker .
• Knowledge of Kubernetes .
• Experience with Jira and Xray .
• Knowledge of SQL and databases .
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions .
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments .
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• ISTQB Foundation certification.
• ISTQB Agile Tester certification.
• Cloud certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
