QA Automation Engineer

Your day-to-day would look like:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and suites across Tower's Digital and Core Insurance platforms.
• Collaborating with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to embed quality practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Coaching and supporting testers and engineers in test automation, driving continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

In your first 6-12 months, success will look like:

• Establishing a robust automation testing framework with automated test coverage embedded across Tower's Digital and Core Insurance platforms.
• Successfully integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, enabling reliable, efficient, and consistent validation of releases.
• Becoming a trusted automation champion within the team, driving best practices, improving quality metrics, and uplifting QA capability across Agile squads.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working ‘hands on’ in a Test Engineer capacity.
• Extensive and proven Test Automation experience, implementing test frameworks across front and back-end systems.
• Insurance or Financial Services Industry preferred but not essential.
• API automation expert, as well as detailed experience with Web driven testing technologies, and TDD frameworks such as Cucumber/SpecFlow.
• Proven ability in C# Programming.
• A brilliant and exceptional passion for teamwork, and communication.
