Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in test automation, Selenium, Java, API testing, Jenkins, CI/CD, and Cucumber. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts, ensuring software quality, and integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and execute API tests to validate functionality, performance, and data integrity.
• Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks using Cucumber.
• Integrate automated test suites with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot software defects.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain test documentation and continuously improve automation frameworks.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in QA Automation using Selenium and Java.
• Hands-on experience with API testing.
• Experience with Cucumber and BDD frameworks.
• Proficiency in Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Additional Details

• Must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Toronto, ON.
• Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is preferred.
