QA Automation Testing

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation using Selenium with Java, end-to-end testing, and API testing. This role requires a proactive professional who can take ownership of testing activities, manage defects effectively, and work collaboratively within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5 years of experience in QA Automation, particularly using Selenium with Java.
• Proven experience in end-to-end testing ownership.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in API testing.
• Experience in SQL or COBOL testing.
• Proficiency in test management and defect management.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.
• Take end-to-end ownership of testing activities, ensuring software quality throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Perform API testing to validate functionality, reliability, and system integrations.
• Conduct SQL or COBOL testing to validate data accuracy and system functionality.
• Manage test cases, test execution, defect tracking, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to identify, report, and resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Ensure test coverage and quality standards are met before application releases.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Required)
