• Translate test cases to automation scripts using C# for GUI/API tests
• Adhere to coding standards and guidelines defined for automation
• Perform manual testing of web-based applications and web services in a client-server environment
• Perform functional, Database, Sanity, End-to-End integration and Regression testing adhering to SCRUM guidelines
• Review code and fix issues identified in scheduled automation runs
• Perform root cause analysis of script failures and logged bugs
• Submit and track automation-identified defects
• Identify automated test cases in existing test suite and help plan for automation
• Test data setup and execution of automated test cases
• Communicate effectively with QA Manager/Lead regarding issues, objectives and performance
• Adhere to test strategies and test plans to ensure high product quality
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders including Development, QA, Project Manager, BA and onsite teams
• Escalate and follow up on blocking issues and SOP deviations
• Apply knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes
