QA CHECKER

Key Responsibilities

• Examine products, materials, and components for defects, inconsistencies, or non-compliance with specifications. This may include visual inspection, measuring, and functional testing.
• Monitor the Quality Process , understand the SOP and make sure all the process been followed
• Inspect the Raw Material, ensure that Paper, Ink and Other material meet the company’s Quality standard before starting the process.
• Select random samples of products from production batches to evaluate quality consistency and reliability.
• Identify, record, and report any quality issues or defects to the superior  or QA/QC Manager for immediate correction
• Ensure that testing equipment and tools are correctly calibrated and maintained to guarantee accurate measurements.
• Provide timely feedback to production teams regarding quality issues, suggesting potential areas for improvement.
• Assist in other quality control activities as needed. Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by supervisors or Head of Department.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience in quality inspection, preferably in the printing or manufacturing industry.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Knowledge of printing processes and quality standards.

• Ability to identify printing defects and finishing defects.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of quality control documentation

• Applicants must be able to work on a shift rotation schedule. Male candidates are preferred.
