About the role

QA role responsible for controlling and maintaining product quality in accordance with company standards and customer requirements. The position involves monitoring quality issues in production processes, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Key responsibilities

• Control and maintain product quality according to company standards and customer requirements
• Inspect and monitor quality issues in production processes
• Analyze root causes of quality problems and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Manage and control quality system documentation
• Coordinate with production and relevant departments to resolve quality issues
• Liaise with customers regarding quality problems or customer complaints
• Prepare and monitor quality reports and QA department KPIs
• Support internal and customer audits
• Ensure processes comply with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards
• Prepare and control documents such as Control Plan, Work Instruction, Quality Standard
• Support PPAP / APQP and quality planning activities
• Inspect and monitor non-conforming products (NG / Non-Conforming Product)
• Prepare and monitor Corrective Action / Preventive Action
• Provide guidance and training to employees on quality standards and requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 1 year of QA/QC experience in a factory
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949
• Ability to use problem analysis tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone
• Able to coordinate with production and customer departments
• Able to read and prepare quality documentation
• Experience in automotive or industrial parts industry is a plus
• Experience in PPAP, APQP, Customer Complaint, Audit is an advantage
