What they need
About the role
To update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Quality Management Policy, relevant systems and documents that related to ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, HALAL and Food Safety Standards. Ensure manufacturing processes and procedures meet the quality standard and regulation requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Quality Management Policy, relevant systems and documents related to ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, HALAL and Food Safety Standards
- Monitor and maintain the company document control system
- Ensure manufacturing processes and procedures meet the quality standard and regulation requirements
- Monitor compliance of daily QC checks in central kitchen
- Manage measuring equipment calibration by maintaining the equipment calibration master list
- Involve as Quality Reviewer in Root Cause Analysis for investigation
- Support product complaint investigation
- Support and assist in production and purchasing
About you
- Possess at least Diploma or equivalent in Food Science, Food Technology or related field
- Basic computer knowledge
- At least 1 year of working experience in Food & Beverage
- Able to work 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday, Saturday 8AM to 1PM
