About The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented QA with 1–2 years of hands-on software testing experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality and performance of our Web, Mobile, and API applications. API testing is a primary core requirement for this position. Key Responsibilities

• Test Case Management: Design, create, review, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios aligned with business requirements.
• Test Execution: Perform thorough functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing across Web and Mobile platforms.
• API Testing: Conduct end-to-end API testing (REST/SOAP) to validate endpoints, response codes, payloads, and integrations.
• Defect Tracking: Identify, log, track, and retest defects using Jira (or similar bug-tracking tools) with clear steps to reproduce.
• Cross-Platform Testing: Test user interfaces and functional flows across web browsers, Android, and iOS devices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and senior QA engineers to resolve issues early in the SDLC.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of practical experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Core QA Knowledge: Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA methodologies, and core testing principles.
• Test Management: Proven ability to create, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Testing Types: Hands-on experience performing functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
• Defect Tracking: Proven experience to identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar bug-tracking tools.
• API Testing (Must-Have): Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, or Insomnia).
• Web & Mobile Testing: Experience testing both web applications and native/hybrid mobile apps.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to AI tools for QA (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude for test case generation, test data creation, or prompt engineering for QA).
• Basic understanding of SQL and database querying.
• Exposure to basic test automation concepts or scripts.
