该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述 【Key Responsibilities】 Test Strategy & Planning: Design and own end-to-end test strategies (functional, regression, performance, security) for complex web/mobile/API applications. Define test plans, entry/exit criteria, and risk-based prioritization. Automation Engineering: Architect and maintain scalable test automation frameworks (UI, API, mobile) using modern tools. Champion shift-left testing and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines. Manual & Exploratory Testing: Lead exploratory testing sessions, design comprehensive test cases, and ensure thorough coverage of business-critical flows. Quality Metrics & Reporting: Define and track quality KPIs (defect leakage, test coverage, MTTR, flake rate). Build dashboards and present quality health to leadership. Defect Management: Own defect lifecycle from identification through root cause analysis to verification. Partner with engineering to drive prevention over detection. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers on TDD/BDD practices, participate in code reviews for testability, and embed quality into design discussions. Combining Hillhouse Capital's global perspective with localized engineering precision, we continue to create breakthrough business value for clients worldwide. 职位要求 【Requirements】 5+ years of QA / QE experience in software development environments Fluent English as working language Strong hands-on experience with at least one automation framework: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or RestAssured Solid programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript Experience with API testing (Postman, SoapUI, or similar) and performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, k6) Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and integrating automated tests Hands-on experience with defect management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Zephyr) Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC/STLC Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and testing in cloud-native environments Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills 【Preferred Qualifications】 ISTQB Advanced / CTAL certification Experience with performance engineering and observability (Grafana, Datadog, New Relic) Mobile testing experience (iOS/Android native, React Native, or Flutter) Security testing or penetration testing experience Experience leading QA teams or mentoring engineers
