Pay Range: $45/hr - $48/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead test planning and estimation activities, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Manage and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Utilize Python scripting for test automation, data validation, and process optimization.
• Oversee defect management processes using tools like HP ALM or similar.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Create and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 3+ years of strong experience in the Cable Domain with a solid understanding of OSS/BSS systems .
• 5+ years of experience in Test Planning , test estimation activities, and managing User Story/Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency in Python scripting for test automation, data validation, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with HP ALM or other test management/defect tracking tools.
• Expertise in Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and defect management processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
