QA Coordinator (5 Days / Entry Level / 雙糧)

職位資訊：

• 這是一個在團隊中的初級職位負責後勤支援的工作，日常需要與第三方合作伙伴（如：實驗室..etc) 及內部部門進行協調，跟進產品品質測試後的報告、協助上司跟進"企業社會責任（CSR）的項目及文件管理"，從而提升企業形象同社會信任。
• 這個職適合應屆畢業生或擁有最多二年相關工作經驗的求職者(如有接觸過CSR項目或產品品質測試的求職者優先考慮)、如果你學歷符合要求亦是一位細心、積極主動渴望在國際企業內發展的候選人歡迎申請。

Descriptions:

• Responsible clerical admins support to the team smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate between with 3Party laboratories including : testing arrangements, report management..etc , Follow up Testing record backup activities including : quality , compliance , audit & certification .. etc
• Preapre monthy report & regular update data in system
• Assist in CSR/QA Project such as research activities , surveys...etc
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned if needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Science, Quality Management , Environmental , Analytical Chemistry , Biochemistry or related disciplines.
• 1 - 2 years Full Time relevant QA / Chemist / Technical quality working experience OR 2026 Fresh Graduate is Also Welcome if have Lab testing intership exp is an advnatage
• Good in MS Office (Word / Excel - IF , Vlookup / PowerPoint )
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• A strong team player with good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Short Noted or Immedaite available is an Advantage
