QA Developer / QA Project Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Developer / QA Project Lead with 4+ years of experience who can independently manage software testing activities and take ownership of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage QA activities and end-to-end project testing.
• Lead, guide, and assign tasks to the QA team.
• Prepare test cases, execute testing, and track defects.
• Coordinate with developers and other teams.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve testing issues and risks.
• Prepare testing and project status reports for management.
• Maintain QA standards and documentation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of QA/Software Testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Manual Testing, SDLC & STLC.
• Experience with bug-tracking tools such as Jira.
• Knowledge of API/SQL testing is preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of a project.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
