Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Engineer with experience in Python and Robot Framework to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, test framework development, and quality assurance best practices. This role involves working closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Python.

• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.

• Create, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation.

• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure product quality.

• Troubleshoot, identify, and report defects effectively, ensuring timely resolution.

• Implement and improve automated testing frameworks to optimize test efficiency.

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in test automation and QA best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.

• Strong expertise in Python programming for test automation.

• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for automated testing.

• Good understanding of test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, PyTest, etc.).

• Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or REST-Assured.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.

• Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments.

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
