QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives internal and external stakeholders for implementation and sustaining of Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards.
• As the Lead Auditor, plan and execute Internal Audit program and assist management in coordinating periodic review of KPI.
• Be the Voice of the Customer (VoC). Manages/Coordinates various activities such as quality feedback (RMA, FAR, CAR, 8D), documentations (surveys, specifications, PCN). Ensures timely response to customer/client requests.
• Participates in suppliers (OSATs) quality management, conducts periodic audits and drive continuous improvements in product quality, yield, manufacturing processes, cycle time and cost perspective.
• Facilitates the activities of Corrective/Preventive Action Requests, works together with stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of proposed actions.
• Ensures compliance of customer requirements and industry standards, participates in regulatory and customer audits.
• Be a team player in the QA & Operations organization, contributes toward smooth execution of HVM ramp-up activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Science or Engineering disciplines with 3 to 5 years of experience in related field.
• Good knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (TS 16949), QMS. Experience in audits is desirable.
• Hands on experience in problem solving & process/quality control methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, 5-Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Chart, SPC, Cpk etc.
• Knowledge in semiconductor IC package assembly and test manufacturing processes will be added advantage.
