The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving quality systems and processes related to plastic injection molding manufacturing. The role ensures that products consistently meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and applicable quality management standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. The QA Engineer works closely with Production, Engineering, Tooling, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to drive continuous improvement, reduce defects, and ensure compliance throughout the manufacturing process.
