Position: QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Engineering / Product

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Manual Testing (Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, End-to-End Testing)
• Automation Testing using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
• API Testing using Postman and Swagger
• SQL and Database Validation
• Defect Management using Jira or Azure DevOps
• SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Test Case Design, Test Execution, and Test Documentation
• Git/GitHub knowledge (preferred)
• CI/CD knowledge (preferred)
• Banking/FinTech domain experience will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute manual testing across web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts.
• Perform API and database validation.
• Identify, report, and verify defects.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prepare QA reports, test execution reports, RTM, and release sign-off documentation.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.
