QA Engineer

1.      Carrying out activities in the production line for the memory of the department for target groups such as customers DPPM, OQA DPPM,        DPPM Suppliers, etc.

2.      Coordination on key supplier issues such as incoming material inspections, NCMR, SCPAR, supplier inspections, new suppliers, etc.

3.      Tailored and product quality confirmation provided for customer requirements, such as outbound inspection, IPQA, source inspection, 8D reply to customers, etc.

4.      Provide advice and training to subordinates and new engineers in the field of quality, topics related to quality management systems, Environmental, occupational health and safety management systems

5.      Act as Auditors and Auditee for Internal audit, Certificate Audit, Customer Audit, from outside agencies and interested customers, etc.

6.      Coordinate with other departments to carry out customer needs.

7.      Coordinate with other departments to analyze and solve quality problems.

8.      Responsible for managing the quality management system ISO 9001:2015

9.      To control the quality system and is responsible for ensuring that work is carried out according to the quality management system and can report directly to the highest executive who has decision-making authority in policy or Company resources".

10.      Execute, control, supervise, provide advice, and inspect to ensure that work is performed according to the quality system specified in the document all qualities of the company.

11.      Quality document control Quality manual and all quality records of the company to be accurate and modern.

12.      Responsible for internal quality monitoring open-close meeting Select inspection team Review test results and administrative review to provide performance, conforms to standard requirements according to ISO 9001:2015 systems continuously and accurately.

13.      Contact and coordinate directly with certifying companies regarding quality management systems.  Including direct coordination with senior executives.
