QA Engineer

• Collect, analyze, and update quality-related data to ensure compliance with production, safety, and environmental standards.
• Engage with customers on quality concerns, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all Work Instructions (W.I.) and inspection standards are properly displayed and followed at the production floor.
• Participate in stock counts and internal audits to ensure inventory accuracy and proper documentation.
• Monitor and ensure the QA team adheres to all documented procedures, standards, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Verify and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and report progress to management.
• Assist in performing analytical testing and troubleshooting product non-conformance issues.
• Contribute to employee training and development programs related to quality practices when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or relevant field.
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 is an added advantage.
• Familiar with testing methodologies, defect management processes, and version control practices.
• Good understanding of LEAN manufacturing and process improvement techniques.
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, 8D, Ishikawa (Fishbone), and 5 Why analysis.
• Exposure to 5S implementation and workplace safety & health practices is an advantage.
