QA Engineer

To cope with our expansion and continuous growth in the transportation and logistics related service, we are inviting talents to join our professional team.

About the Role:

• Perform manual and automated testing for new and updated features across web and mobile platforms
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA management tools
• Collaborate with the project teams and other stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
• Review specifications and technical documents to create effective test plans and case
• Assist in the design and maintenance of basic automation scripts and frameworks
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including direct interaction with end users
• Report testing progress and quality metrics regularly to project teams

About You:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years of software testing experience with strong testing expertise
• Strong hands-on experience in manual software testing in web, mobile, or POS applications
• Familiarity with test case creation, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting tools
• Basic understanding and some exposure with automation tools and processes (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber)
• Sound knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and various testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, UAT)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail
• Good communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environment and multitasking
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
