QA ENGINEER

• Monitor and ensure product quality complies with company standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct inspection and analysis of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Analyze quality problems and perform root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).
• Handle non-conformities, CAPA, and customer complaints.
• Support internal/external audits and implementation of ISO 9001, BRCGS, and quality procedures.
• Prepare quality reports and support continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in manufacturing/packaging industry.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001 and quality control systems; BRCGS knowledge is a plus.
• Familiar with 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA, and basic quality analysis.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
